TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Reservation

  • To secure your event date, a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the total package price is required upon signing the contract.
  • Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pencil bookings are valid for only 3 days.
  • The remaining balance must be settled strictly at least 14 days prior to the event date.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation by the client.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will incur a charge of 75% of the total contract price to cover prepared logistics.
  • In the unlikely event that Karis Events Management cancels due to internal unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (including the deposit) will be provided immediately.

3. Event Styling & Inclusions

  • Any rented items (vases, stands, decor, fabrics) that are damaged or lost during the event by guests will be charged to the client.
  • Flowers used in styling are subject to seasonal market availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal value and style if the specific variety is unavailable.
  • All styling props and equipment remain the property of Karis Events Management unless otherwise stated in the "Take Home" list.

4. Guest Count & Logistics

  • The final headcount must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event. This will be the minimum basis for billing and catering preparation.
  • Any increase in guest count after the final deadline may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges per head.
  • The client is responsible for securing necessary permits from the venue or local government unit (LGU) unless specified in the coordination package.

5. Force Majeure

Karis Events Management is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to "Acts of God" (typhoons, earthquakes, floods), fire, government restrictions, or other inevitable causes beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event subject to date availability without penalty.

6. Media Release

The client agrees that Karis Events Management may use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing purposes, including our website gallery and social media pages, unless a specific request for privacy is made in writing prior to the event.
